Probe Ports for Meadow Creek Cookers

The Adjustable Probe Port is for single wall cookers such as the TS and PR models. The opening diameter is adjustable so you can open it to insert multiple thermometer probes, then tighten it for cooking.

The BX Probe Port comes with all newer Meadow Creek BX smokers and can be added to older models.

Both of these come with a removable plug, but you can also purchase the plug separately.

To install these, you will need a strong drill and a sharp bit to drill a hole in your smoker, especially for the thick steel on the tank smokers. If you are purchasing a new smoker, ask us about installing these for you.
