GMG’s built-in sous chef, high-heat, side shelf sear station is the ultimate accessory for the new Ledge and Peak Prime 2.0 grills. Designed to easily slide in place of the standard side shelf with high-powered infrared electric technology with fine tune adjusting and maximized radiant heat with lighting fast ignition. Durable and safe carbon fiber and glass tube quartz heating coils with protective heat-resistant netting to protect objects from impacting the glass. Put a heat heat reverse sear on your steaks right out of the smoke chamber or throw on a pan for extra cooking space!
