2023 Broaster 1800 Gas Pressure Fryer

This 2023 Broaster 1800 gas pressure fryer has seen minimal use since it was put into service. The unit has been inspected, tested, and has multiple new parts (listed below). The 1800 is capable of frying up to 32pcs of chicken per load or 14 lbs. of product. Other key features include a SmartTouch touch screen controller, built in filter system, Auto Comp which automatically adjusts cooking time for varying sizes and temperatures of loads, and a triple redundant safety system. This unit can be converted to LP. Also included is a 6-month parts only warranty.
