The Bob & Moe BBQ Show

The Bob and Moe BBQ Show is a 5-hour class taught by Bob Trudnak (Bobby T) and Big Moe Cason. This unique experience dives deep into cooking five meats: chicken, pork ribs, beef ribs, brisket, and pork butt. You’ll learn everything from meat selection and trimming to marinating, brining, seasoning, and proper cooking techniques across all styles of grills and smokers. Throughout the class, you’ll enjoy tasting the food as it comes straight off the smokers. We’ll kick off the day with a fully stocked Bloody Mary bar to get things started right. The class runs from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and is designed to be interactive—we encourage questions and tailor instruction to individual experience levels, whether you’re a backyard BBQ enthusiast or a seasoned competitor.
